KOYO will install 20 high-speed elevators for the advanced "House of Achievement," with speeds exceeding 2.5 meters per second. Elevators 3 and 4 reach the 28th floor from the 1st floor in just 38 seconds without stopping at intermediate floors. To expedite passenger exit, we've added a pre-opening function for the elevator's inner doors, which begin moving slightly ahead of the outer doors—ensuring both speed and safety.

You can call the freight elevator with a dedicated button, which is convenient if you're pushing a stroller home. In selecting components, KOYO demonstrated its consistent perfectionism, paying meticulous attention to every detail and collaborating with leaders in the international elevator parts market. All assembly takes place at the company's facility in Kunshan, China. Currently, assembly has commenced on all 20 high-speed elevators for "House of Achievement": cabins are being manufactured in KOYO's workshop.
