KOYO Wins Panama High-Speed Elevator Project, Helping Clients Deliver Premium Architectural Quality Services

In January, KOYO secured the trust of a Panamanian client and signed a high-speed elevator project contract. In June, 4.0m/s high-speed elevators were shipped to Panama, earning client approval. A breakthrough in our company's machine-room-less passenger elevator series!

The KW2200 series machine-room-less passenger elevator, designed and manufactured with a load capacity of 3000kg, with a speed of 1.0m/s, and the 4000kg passenger elevator with a speed of 0.5m/s. This breakthrough extends our machine-room-less passenger elevator series load capacity from 2000kg to 3000kg and 4000kg. We secured an 18-unit project for high-load machine-room-less passenger elevators in the Australian market. These elevators passed the latest Australian standards certification and testing, earning high recognition from our clients!

KOYO Elevator will supply BSR Group with MRL TWJ1600 passenger elevators for installation in apartments within the Brisbane Airport precinct. The TWJ1600's key feature is its compact shaft with a large car, enabling space-saving installation and reduced construction costs. Brisbane Airport, one of Australia's largest airports, operates 24/7 year-round. The airport features two main terminals serving flights to 85 international and domestic destinations.

Machine-room-less passenger elevators integrate machinery components within the shaft to conserve building space and reduce construction costs. Awarded the title of "Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Smart Elevator Safety Control"

Through continuous R&D investment, the company has accumulated extensive elevator manufacturing expertise. Currently, it produces high-speed elevators with a maximum speed of 8 meters per second, capable of serving 64 floors with 8 cluster-controlled units. Its escalators reach a maximum height of 25 meters, while moving walkways extend up to 200 meters. In collaboration with Soochow University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the company independently developed the Tongyou mainboard and control system. The company prioritizes elevator quality and safety, strictly adhering to technical standards including CCC, GB, VDI, EN81, EN115, CE, TUV, and IEC.
